I found the hotel to be quite cozy and comfortable, with a great city view from my room. The rates are equivalent to four-star hotels in larger urban centers. The service, including cleaning and security, was overall very helpful, though responses to our requests were a bit slow. The location was perfect for both business and pleasure, being close to the city center and surrounded by restaurants. The dining options were diverse, with local and international dishes, although dinner fell below expectations in terms of temperature.

The hotel rooms were clean, quite big, cool, and fresh, although not 100% clean. I really enjoyed the massage chair on the 3rd floor. The service was kind, professional, and with big smiles; they even remembered my Archipelago membership without booking through them. The location wasn't according to our manual setting, but it was superb, close to amenities and eating places, making it convenient for meetings with colleagues. The dining offered great taste and variety, with traditional foods and music. The facilities were top-notch and well-maintained.
